During this intensive two-day course, you will gain hands-on experience in leading change within your own organisation. You will receive models and tools to help you create structure, handle resistance and encourage people to embrace change. We will alternate short theory sessions with exercises, reflection and sharing of experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
