Create Success with Your Team through Clear Leadership

Is everyone pulling in different directions? Leading without being a manager can be both fun and complex. You pave the way, drive results, and lift others, but you may also encounter challenges such as unclear goals, vague mandates, and unmotivated employees.

In this training course, you will work practically based on your own everyday life and gain insight into your strengths and areas for development in your role as a leader. You will learn how to confidently lead the group forward – even without a managerial mandate.

Self‑Awareness Helps You Lead without Being a Manager

Your training begins as soon as you book: you will receive access to a digital foundation package and be asked to complete the Leadership Insight analysis.

In the Competence Portal, you will also carry out a needs analysis and set goals for your development. This lays a solid foundation for tailoring the course to your needs and for follow-up — two crucial elements for real change.

To support your development with your immediate manager, you will also receive the Manager Package. This contains a series of joint assignments. This will help you to grow into your role, providing both you and your manager with greater clarity about your mission, as well as the framework of goals, vision, values and limits.

SET – Practical Training in a Small Group

Practice for Real in a Safe Environment

Over two intensive course days you will practise leading without being a manager—focusing on your role, your challenges, and your everyday reality. You receive new tools, concrete exercises, and support in understanding both the group’s needs and your own leadership.

Together with others in a similar situation you will learn how to motivate, coach, and create results—even without formal mandate. By rehearsing challenging situations in a safe environment you become stronger in the leadership role. You build confidence and take away models and insights that make an immediate difference.
