In the portal you carry out a needs analysis and the The Leadership Insight —a diagnostic that helps you understand your strengths and development areas as a manager. You also get immediate access to theory, templates, and practice assignments that you can complete before meeting your trainer. This frees up time for practical training and concrete work during the course days, which in turn guarantees truly great results.

The Leadership Insight. A unique tool that gives you a concrete report on what your leadership looks like today and what you need to do more or less of to achieve the right effect.

SET – Practical Training in a Small Group

Leadership training with concrete work delivers great results

You will work actively with your own role and organisation throughout the entire training, which means you get important work done already on site with us. Practical training in a small group, together with experienced trainers and fellow participants in the same situation as you, will help you become both confident and successful in the role of leader.

From new manager to fully fledged leader

A shared pedagogy and practical training on real situations run like a common thread through the three courses that take you from new manager to fully fledged leader. With the right tools and time to practise your new skills between sessions you develop yourself and your employees. Together with other participants and inspiring trainers you track progress and get proof of what works.

Exchanging experiences with other managers is an important part of the course. Taking the knowledge home and working practically with it in your daily life is equally important. This provides the very best conditions for your new competence to last. Therefore, during the training you will be paired with a course‑mate – an *Action Buddy*. Together you support each other to make the right things happen between sessions, so that you can practise your skills and develop yourself and your employees.

After completing the course you have developed yourself as a leader by working concretely with your team and your assignment. You are more confident in the role and understand your mandate. Certification of Your Leadership

You become a certified leader after completing the course by passing the final exam. The certification confirms the skills you have achieved in the role of leader and manager, and together with a renewed competence inventory of your leadership it is valuable evidence of your development. You also have access to coaching, support, and the Competence Portal to help you in your continued growth.

How to Sustain Your New Leadership Habits! We accompany you like a personal trainer throughout the journey, to support and encourage you to succeed – both during the course and afterwards. For your sake – and for your organisation!

Certificate. After passing the examination you receive a certificate as evidence of your journey and what you have learned.
Support. We are available throughout the course and for 3 months afterwards to answer questions and support you.
