Would you like to develop your leadership skills through coaching? This course will teach you a method to help you, your employees and the organisation grow. You will gain new tools and receive practical training in empowering employees to act independently, take responsibility for solutions and opportunities at work, and develop.

In Leadership Training Level 3, you will practise using a coaching approach in development reviews, difficult conversations and conflict situations. An important aspect of this is providing clear feedback on what you observe, as well as listening, asking questions and activating. You will receive tools and methods to help employees take responsibility for specific problems, recognise them as their own, and find solutions when they encounter difficulties, whether in work tasks or in development and skills.

Before the training begins, we analyse your expectations and needs. What is the current situation? What would you like it to look like? We will create a picture of the challenges you face and what we should practise specifically, so that you can become even better at helping your employees to grow.

Hands-on practice in a safe environment

During the two-day training course, you will practise various conversation techniques. You will learn to use a coaching method that empowers your employees to take ownership of concrete problem situations, find solutions, and overcome obstacles in both work and personal development.

The theory is interwoven with extensive practical exercises linked to your day-to-day leadership role, so you can apply what you learn immediately.

Practical training. Move from knowing to doing through real‑life exercises with an experienced trainer.

Back to everyday life: confident in your role with new tools

After the course you are equipped to coach and lead your employees in everyday work so that they become more self‑driven and improve their performance. Extensive practice during the training days means you can start coaching immediately when you return to work.

You also receive ongoing support from your trainer for three months and free access to the Competence Portal™ for two years. There you will find templates, tools, and inspiration when you need it – and an Action Buddy to help you maintain your development.
